Power Outage Notice
Our New York Office is operational on backup power. We have had almost no trouble with our correspondent institutions and clearing houses so all settlement activity is proceeding normally.
Obviously, we have a reduced workforce in the office in New York. The following executives are at their desks in New York to handle Institutional/insurance company client needs (if you are a client of another area we would be happy to try to route your call):
In addition, John Nelson can be reached by email. I'll update this space during the day.
UPDATE: Volume has been light and we have thus far had an uneventful day. Systems have all remained operational throughout the day even though power has yet to be restored to downtown Manhattan (our Jersey City facility does have power). The bond markets will close at 2:00 PM, at which point our staffing will start to wind down. Thanks for your all your help and kind wishes.
